Structure height / ladder arrangement at site is the customer's responsibility.
Structure fixing uses 4" anchor/wedge fasteners, or 5–6" threaded rod with civil work where needed.
Electricity, water and ladder during installation are provided by the customer.
3 earthing points are required (garden preferred, copper-bonded rods). If the surface is RCC or tiles, cutting is required — cut areas are not re-covered by Suryamtech.
Safety of delivered material at site is the customer's responsibility.
System insurance renewal after year 1 is the customer's responsibility.
All warranties follow the original equipment manufacturer's policy — grid surge, lightning, cyclone and natural disasters are not covered.
